We provide a written quotation for each requested transfer, including the total price and any applicable taxes, fees and tolls. The included waiting time is confirmed with the booking. Additional waiting is charged at €50 per hour.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup and no-shows are charged at 100% of the booked transfer price.

Can a company pay for a passenger?

Yes. We accept payment by bank transfer from the booking company. Please tell us when booking if the passenger must not be charged.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Please send the travel date, pickup time and address, destination, flight number for airport pickups, number of passengers, luggage, preferred vehicle class and nameboard text. We will confirm availability and the vehicle details in writing.
